About Us Rabia Khan is a Whitby based designer and seamstress with over 14 years of experience. She has worked with more than 350 clients and has made them all happy and beautiful. She now specializes in bridal wear. She realized that plus sized women had difficulty finding dresses and were poorly served by traditional bridal designers.
